James is an English actor and writer.

A lot of you will recognize him from his television roles as John Paul McQueen in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks (2006–2008, 2012–2017, 2019–present) and his former role as Ryan Lamb in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale amongst other things.

He is also the host of the great new podcast; male mind matters which are all candid conversations with remarkable men talking about mental health and authenticity to gratitude and physical well-being.
