Colin Kingsmill had the jet-setter lifestyle that most people dream of, but he found that none of it fed his soul, so he began the process of deconstructing and reconstructing his life into something he loves. In this episode of Linda's Corner, Colin shares action steps to create a beautiful life of joy, fulfillment and authenticity. Colin is a former Swiss Banker and jet-setter. He is currently an entrepreneur, founding partner at Whole Human Coaching, and the author of "Fear Less: Crossing the Bridge from Fear to Bliss." You can learn more about Colin at his website https://colinkingsmill.com.
Some of the highlights Colin shares:
His story of having everything and choosing to give it away and start over from scratch
How do you find what fuels you?
After giving everything away, it all came back as a byproduct of doing something he loved - you can have it all and be happy too
What happens when you shine your light outward rather than just "seeking fabulous"
"Stuff" isn't the destination
How to achieve greatness
Why we must heal the core wound of unworthiness
What are the stories you tell yourself?
What is your "origin story"?
How to create different stories
What are your "flintstone moments" of decision making?
Where are you at and what is your destination?
We can experience trauma with a little "t" or a capital "T" - they both affect us
Be kind and gentle with yourself
8 steps to greatness
Get out of the negativity cycle
You are a radio station - Choose what channel you want to be on
Stop living for other people - live in integrity
Let go of stories that no longer serve you
Mindfulness - return to the core - know that "I'm okay"
Design the life you want - have a clear picture of what you want
Use daily rituals to keep on track
Don't play the victim
And more
