Our culture is based in fear and shame, but in this episode of Linda's Corner, Don Goewey explains how we can break free from these societal programs and experience child-like joy, peace, and freedom. Don managed the department of psychiatry at Stanford University Medical School, was awarded an excellence in medicine citation from the American Medical Association, pioneered an approach for overcoming catastrophic life events, and is the author of the best seller “The End of Stress/Four Steps to Rewire Your Brain.” Don and his work have been featured on the Today Show, CNN and NPR.
