Today, I am blessed to have Leah Brueggemann here with me. She is a Functional Diagnostic Nutritional® Practitioner with a passion for holistic wellness. As a musician, wife, and devoted mother to the most energetic little boy, she is dedicated to educating others on achieving optimal hormonal health.

In this episode, Leah emphasizes that a balanced foundation is crucial for hormonal health rather than solely focusing on hormone levels.
