This week, we talk to Emily Vazquez, Intuitive Eating Registered Dietitian (RD). We cover unhealthy dieting, how society affects woman's self-validation, and changing beliefs to have a healthy relationship with food and yourself.
Emily also shares what it looks like working with her, focusing on the whole client, not only their relationship with food. Working together, she partners with clients to find the root cause of the issue for a holistic solution.
