This question always seems to strike a chord with my guests and give them pause.
Wouldn't it have been wonderful to have a cool, wise older woman sherpa you through your career, motherhood, and womanhood instead of floundering alone?

The Next Wave experience was created because we got really sick & tired of hearing powerful, smart, driven women say they don’t feel supported, let alone feel like they’re actually seen.

It's for college-age women (18-25) to be mentored by mentors who are making waves in their own right. I'm (Miri) going to be a mentor!
It’s time to start a conversation around how we show up as women and retain our feminine power while leading entire companies, movements, and passion projects to success.
