You are going to need to make an investment in yourself. And as we all know – it takes a very, very long time for our investments to show a decent profit. The same is true with our health and fitness. Gains don’t happen overnight. They don’t happen in a week and sometimes even a month.
The biggest investment you can make in yourself is TIME. The Time you need to workout, to build a good weekly menu, to make healthy food or meal prep for your lunches, to join support groups to make the lifestyle changes you know you need.
Your first hurdle is going to be knowing that you are WORTH that investment of time in yourself. You are. We are ALL worth the effort that we put into ourselves to make this life – this one trip – the best it can be.
