Your inner critic is hurting you. I think you know that ... But what I really mean here, is that your inner critic is making your body hurt. Those aches and pains? There's a good chance that your inner critic isn't doing them any favours.
In today's tidbit I'm sharing why your body responds to your inner critic with tension and discomfort, as well as 3 simple but powerful tools you can use as antidotes to help reduce tension (and the volume of that inner critic, too).
