A world-renowned authority in self-mastery, Peter Sage is a 6X TEDx Speaker, international & serial entrepreneur, philosopher, teacher, and best-selling author. His most recent book, The Inside Track: An Inspirational Guide to Conquering Adversity, is the collection of 11 private letters that Peter sent to his elite coaching groups throughout his 6-month sentence in the most violent prison in the UK as the only non-criminal prisoner. Instead of playing the victim, he chose to identify as a ‘secret agent of change' and went from mentoring frustrated billionaires to transforming the lives of his prison inmates.

"You couldn't make that up," Peter explains, "which is why I knew it had to be engineered at a higher level of intelligence." Joining Chelsea 17:30 minutes in, Peter talks about disarming the narcissist and being the star of your own movie, life being a growth-centric experience not a comfort-centric experience, the day we finally decide to be okay with not being liked, how the language we put on heartbreak is a part of the issue most of the time, when you lower the importance, solutions present themselves, the experience of having no living parents and for the first time identifying as alone, the cathartic release of grief, and never being an unpaid extra in someone's film ever again. Plus, so many more gems.
