- Movement - Strength training will continue to be the key to longevity. Group fitness and community activities like tennis, pickleball and golf will continue to gain in popularity. Artificial Intelligence will also play a bigger role in helping people customize their workouts using personal metrics to determine their readiness.
Fuel (“diet”) - More focus on a whole-foods and well-rounded, plant-based diet, as well as consuming adequate protein. We also dive in and talk about the “Ozempic” class of GLP-1 agonists drugs that are now being used for weight loss.
- Lifestyle - Community saunas and hot/cold plunge retreats are popping up everywhere.
- We also discuss habit stacking and using red light therapy and PEMF mats.
