On today's show it's the great Dr. Rani Banik, an award-winning Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine and also serves as principal investigator for 5 multi-centered clinical trials in neuro-ophthalmology.

Mark talks to Dr. Rani about her background, eye muscles, pupils, the retina, sleep/wake cycle, sunlight, nanometers, artificial light, Iristech.co, oxidative damage, a diet rich in antioxidants, community supported agriculture, Skittles, kids wearing glasses, myopia epidemic, the SAD diet, diabetes and the eyes, Vitamin A, leaky gut syndrome, macular degeneration book!, and dancing!
