Manage episode 431537407 series 3382768
This week I am honored to by joined by Laura Casselman.
Laura is the CEO of JVZoo and co-founder of Vidastreet. Companies under her direction have landed on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in America four times, increased revenue from $100M to over $2B. Laura is the recipient of both the Executive and Woman of the Year - Stevie Awards, Female CEO of the Year - CEO World Awards, and the Employer's Diversity Achievement of the Year Award - Pillar World Awards.
But none of this happened by accident. Throughout Laura's 20's, while she was starring as a Radio City Rockette, she was also putting in the work to make sure that she would be set up to make the jump into business once her dancing career was over.
Today we sit down to discuss the challenges that Laura faced in her own journey to becoming CEO, what is holding Gen Z back from achieving their own career goals and much more.
