Roxie is an Emotional Health Adviser, writer, qualified yoga teacher, ambassador for the Mental Health Foundation, Self-Love Activist, Manifesting Expert and an Instagram Agony Aunt. Roxie is committed to transforming the lives of people who suffer with emotional and mental health issues, helping them to fulfil their potential.

Roxie was lovely, funny and very inspiring to chat to. On this episode she explains the importance of self-love to be able to truly manifest and opens up about the struggles she has overcome and still has to work on around body image. She shares how she balances her ambition and drive with being a new mum and how she has learnt to practise self-care to create a healthy relationship with exercise and food.
