Welcome to the healthy, happy & abundant podcast. My name is Dani Seadon and this is a place to empower you to transform your life and become the best version of you. As a registered nurse turned entrepreneur with over 15 years' experience in business, a self-confessed growth addicts and an auto immune warrior it is my mission to empower people to live their healthiest, happiest and most abundant lives. This podcast is an authentic space for me to share my journey and give you the tools that you need to become the greatest version of yourself. I will be coming to you live every week on a Friday with a hybrid method of podcasting with a mix of solo and interview style.
