Coach Teresa Ford shares some of her own shifts from her childhood conditioning "don't get caught" and hide so you don't get into trouble. When you've been part of a codependent mindset from emotionally immature parents, there are part of us that we hide so we don't get into trouble. It's a prison we spend a lifetime trying to break out of. But, when you do, the benefits are high and freedom becomes your friend.
