Dr. Mark Cucuzzella is currently a physician in the WV School of Medicine and is soon transitioning to the VA Medical system where he hopes to scale up his obesity medicine work. He served 29yrs in the Air Force. Dr. Mark has come to understand the mechanics of the foot and through that passion opened his own shoe store in Ranson, WV called Two River Treads. He speaks so clearly about the health issues facing our nation and they're mostly fixable!!
