In this episode I am exploring Selfcare according to Ayurveda during Summer. Summer is a time of vibrant energy and increased activity as nature flourishes with life. It's also a season that demands special attention to self-care to maintain balance and harmony within our bodies and minds. Ayurveda- Holistic healing science of India, offer valuable insights and techniques to embrace the summer season while staying grounded and nourished. Ayurveda focuses on achieving balance in mind, body, and spirit. According to Ayurveda, summer is dominated by the Pitta dosha, which embodies the elements of fire and water. During this season, the qualities of heat, intensity, and lightness increase, which can lead to imbalances such as excessive heat in the body, irritability, and digestive issues.
