I had a fun conversation with fellow keto endurance athlete and coach Jonathan Shane who has his own purpose, passion and mission... "pounds at the age of 14 years old. I was scared into losing weight at that time and did it the old fashioned way. 0 fat crash diet. While I lost almost 90 pounds, it wrecked my hormones and hunger signals which led to binging habits. My fear of not wanting to gain weight again led to the development of a severe bulimia disorder. fast forward to 2017 and I found the ketogenic diet and for the first time in my life, I started to have control of my food and life. My passion, mission and purpose is to help others find holistic health. To help others find the fullness of Christ in body, mind and spirit."

We chat about our viewpoints on fueling, training and performing as the low carb athlete - and aging athlete or female athlete!
