Episode 434; What Is Your Carb Tolerance with Robb Wolf

Everyone is different, and understanding how your body processes different carbohydrates, and your demands is vital in improving your performance as an athlete. Carbohydrates are not evil. A little carb more consistently can help in improving your performance. In addition, consuming adequate proteins will help you avoid overeating other macronutrients to get better and long-lasting results. Exercise with proper nutrition and sufficient proteins is the best hedge against muscle loss and aging.
